A Dry Fix System for Slate & Tile Roofs
The GRP Dry Valley is a mortarless system, which provides maintenance free means of discharging water from the roof. It can be fixed with slates, interlocking and profiled tiles.
The Dry Valley is supplied in 3mt lengths, in 70mm 'Low Profile' and 110mm 'High Profile', depending on the roof covering being used; generally, the Low Profile would be used with Slate roofs, and the High Profile used with Tiled roofs. The Dry valley creates a close-cut appearance on new build and refurbished properties, where fixing times can be cut by up to 50% over traditional methods.
As the roofing and building industry continues to move from traditional methods to Dry-Fix methods, the Dry Valley's are products which are approved by NHBC and NFRC, as well as being BBA approved.
The Packs should be stored flat or upright, on a clean, smooth, dry surface; under cover and protected from sunlight.

When using a Dry Valley, they will give you improved drainage, efficient time savings over traditional mortar methods, along with an improved appearance.
Eaves Closure and Top Closures are used for overlaying on the ends of GRP Dry Valleys. Manufactured from a flexible and durable polyurethane, which are a cost-effective alternative to lead and mortar, they will give a clean and professional finish.
