Mortar pointing has a tendency to shrink and crack over time, which will often fall out, or allow water to enter the roof space through the cracks. Continuous Dry Verge will give complete protection and continuous watertight cover to your property, against water penetration between tiles and brickwork or bargeboard at gable ends, giving a greater security to the verge.

The system can be used when fixing new roof tiles or slates; when installing new or replacement UPVC Fascia and Soffit Boards, which eliminates the use of mortar & clips.

This effective Dry Fix System will provide a neat, maintenance free, secure and mortar free finish at the roof verges, which improves the overall appearance of the roof.
